Professor Gina Scutelnicu-Todoran, PhD, has dedicated her career to exploring the intersections of gender equity, social justice, and public administration. As a professor in Pace University’s Master of Public Administration (MPA) program and chair of the Northeast Conference on Public Administration (NECoPA), she combines her research with real-world advocacy to drive meaningful change.

Public Admin collaborates on Latino community survey
Public Admin collaborates on Latino community surveyPace’s Public Administration faculty Rebecca Tekula, PhD, and Gina Scutelnicu-Todoran, PhD, will be collaborating with the Hispanic Advisory Board, under the leadership of Westchester County Executive George Latimer, to conduct a new comprehensive survey targeting the Latino community.
Grant from Council of Family and Child Care Agencies
Grant from Council of Family and Child Care AgenciesProfessors of Public Administration Gina Scutelnicu-Todoran, PhD, and Rebecca Tekula, PhD, have been awarded a nearly $30,000 grant by the Council of Family and Child Caring Agencies (COFCCA) to assess the financial status of approximately 75 New York State agencies under its umbrella. These agencies provide child welfare services, including foster care, preventive services, and juvenile justice services.

Pace Partners with The Community FundMental health, counseling, substance abuse, and suicide prevention services are among growing needs in lower Westchester that were identified by a team of Pace University faculty researchers during a survey of community residents.
