Startup in Residence Program
The Front Yard, through its Startup in Residence Program, invites the most innovative companies and entrepreneurs from around the globe to be our guests for a semester, with the option to establish a long-term partnership with the Pace community. Companies, startup founders, and their teams work, engage, and operate from Pace University’s campuses as they collaborate with students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders and partners within the university community. The program aims to create a collaborative environment where emerging entrepreneurs and established professionals work together to drive innovation, share insights, and address challenges within the world. By participating in our program, you will have an opportunity to interact with talented students, faculty, and fellow industry leaders, fostering a dynamic ecosystem of creativity and entrepreneurship.

Current Startups in Residence:
Project Planet USA
Through Project Planet USA, an initiative spearheaded by Speedemissions and The Front Yard at Pace University, students and faculty are encouraged to submit their concepts, innovative ideas, or solutions aimed at addressing climate change for a chance to win a cash grant in the amount of $15,000, plus professional mentoring, public relations, and network connections. Two winners will be selected. The application deadline is March 1, 2024. Learn more and apply here.
