The Real Pepsi Challenge by Stephanie Capparell, senior special writer at The Wall Street Journal, documents the history of one of the first all-black sales teams in corporate U.S. history that specifically marketed to black consumers. The Lubin School of Business hosted panel discussions on race and diversity in corporate America, focussing on the past history of these issues, the innovations made by Pepsi in the 1940s, and the current issues and challenges in 21st-century business.

In celebration of the Centennial for both the Lubin School of Business and Pace University, Lubin hosted a series of senior executive panels, inviting back participants of our Executive in Residence program, which has been in existence for almost 20 years. Four events were held during October and November, three on the downtown New York City campus, and one on the Pleasantville campus in Westchester, and the topics of the panel discussions were Global Business Ethics, Women in Finance, Advertising PR, and Business and Technology.
