Why did Lubin relaunch the MBA? What are the benefits to the new program? Will this degree give me the same competitive advantage as our old MBA?
Yes! We update our MBA curricula regularly to make sure we are preparing the next generation of business leaders for success. This new curriculum is our next iteration in preparing students for success.

I have already taken some classes in the traditional MBA, can I transfer into the 39-credit program?
Yes, the Graduate Academic Advisement team is prepared to show you how the courses you have already taken can be applied towards the new MBA.

How do I make my decision of transferring into the new program and by when?
There is no deadline at all for making your decision. You can decide during the spring term, during the summer, or during a future term. Please meet with a Graduate Academic Advisor to review your options so that you can make the best decision for your graduate career.

What if I am an international Student?
International Students have the same program choices as domestic students. However, some international students will choose not to transfer into the new program if it moves their graduation date too soon. Many international students are planning their OPT with the Office of International Students and Scholars and prefer to maximize their time to acquire meaningful port-graduation employment.

What happens with courses that I have already taken but aren't part of the new curriculum?
Courses will be applied towards the new MBA wherever possible. Students should contact the Office of Graduate Advisement to review how courses would be mapped.
