Kimberley Jarrett '06
Founder and CEO, Kim Jarrett Beauty
Kimberley Jarrett was born in Kingston, Jamaica and now resides in Brooklyn, New York. After graduating from the Lubin School of Business with her BBA in Business Management, Kimberley landed a role with MTA New York City Transit as a Senior Manager in the medial department. In 2020, Kimberley tapped into her entrepreneurial skills and launched her luxury beauty brand tied to her Jamaican heritage, Kim Jarrett Beauty. Kim Jarrett Beauty debuted with a line of lip products. Now, the brand boasts more than 25 cosmetics and skincare products. Kimberley earned a Certificate of Diverse Ownership sponsored by NIKE and Supplier Gateway.
Cindy Nguyen '17
Senior Client Events Manager, Louis Vuitton
Cindy Nguyen graduated from the Lubin School of Business in 2017 with her BBA in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications. As a Lubin student, Cindy was part of the Pforzheimer Honors College and started Pace University's first on-campus fashion club, Profashionals. On top of being a full-time student, she held nearly a dozen internships with luxury fashion brands, including Prada, Fendi, and Saint Laurent, where she reported digital press features and pitched celebrity clients to brands. Following graduation, Cindy worked in events for Chanel and Dolce and Gabbana. She is currently a Senior Client Events Manager at Louis Vuitton.
Rebecca Sikar '19
Global PR Manager, 3.1 Phillip Lim
Rebecca Sikar is the Global PR Manager for 3.1 Philip Lim. Rebecca's career in public relations started in high school, when she scored her first internship with Starworks Group. Her success continued at the Lubin School of Business, where she went on to gain experience with different agencies, eventually landing in-house opportunities at major brands including Louis Vuitton and Bottega Veneta. After graduating in 2019 with her degree in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications, Rebecca earned roles at Network USA and Purple, before landing at 3.1 Philip Lim as their Global PR Manager.
Ashia Thompson '18
CEO and Founder, Top Tier Accounting
Ashia Thompson is an author, entrepreneur, international guest speaker, and Certified Public Accountant with over 8 years of accounting experience. Ashia is the CEO and founder of Top Tier Accounting, which prides itself on helping individuals and business owners save thousands in taxes each year. After graduating from the Lubin School of Business in 2018 with her MS in Taxation, Ashia started her professional career at PwC, working with multi-millionaires and billionaires. She later joined Deloitte, where she worked as a Senior Tax Consultant in the Business Tax Services Commercial group. Ashia eventually left Deloitte and launched Top Tier Accounting. She is a professional member of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
