started at Lubin Advisement in January 2018, after working almost 10 years at Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons as the Director of Student Activities and Orientation. Her initial role at Pace was Director of Undergraduate Advisement for Lubin NYC, then Director for both Undergraduate and Graduate students in Lubin NYC, and as of August 2024, her role is now Assistant Dean for Lubin Advisement—serving both Undergraduate and Graduate students on both campuses.

Rosemarie received her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo and her Master of Arts (MA) in Student Affairs Administration from Michigan State University. Her professional career began as a Residence Hall Director and then Academic Advisor at Stony Brook University, where she had the opportunity to work with cohorts of first year students, transfer students, and sophomores. Rosemarie's experience working across many different areas of higher education has allowed her to gain a broad perspective of the student college experience and become a resource to all students. She continues to enjoy working with a variety of Pace business students, as both an advisor and instructor through UNV 101 and BUS 255.
