Housing Agreement
Prior to move-in, directions for completing this online form will be sent to all students who are guaranteed fall housing. The Housing Agreement is the formal agreement the student must sign to adhere to all the financial and behavioral responsibilities associated with being a resident student. Students may not move in to housing if they have not yet completed the Housing Agreement. Students under the age of 18 must also have a parent of guardian available at the time of check in to sign the form on their behalf.
Pre-Arrival Form
Prior to move-in, directions for completing this online form will be sent to all students who are assigned to housing. The Pre-Arrival Form will allow students to complete and submit several online forms necessary for checking-in to the residence halls. Students may not move in to housing if they have not yet completed the Pre-Arrival Form .
Directions
The Westchester campus located at 861 Bedford Rd., Pleasantville, New York. In most cases, students will enter through Gate 3, but please be sure to check your email for specific move-in instructions for the term when you are planning to move in.
Our NYC residence halls are located in a number of places in Lower Manhattan. You can find directions to our NYC residence halls here.
Quarantining and Pre-Arrival Testing
Prior to move in, all students assigned to housing will be notified of any updated quarantine and testing requirements that may need to be imposed in order to be compliant with NY State government and Department of Health requirements. Requirements are subject to change over time. We encourage everyone to frequently check the NY State travel advisory website to help identify what quarantine and testing may apply to them.
NYC Parking Garages
While there is ample parking on the Pleasantville campus for the move in process, Pace University does not have parking for students or parents at its New York City Campus. There is very limited free parking in our part of the city. The parking garages noted on this map have hourly and daily rates.
What Not To bring

Mandatory Floor and Security Meetings
In order to build community with your fellow floor mates, and to ensure that you receive critical information related to health and safety in the residence halls, mandatory meetings may be held during the first weeks of the semester (if so, times will be communicated by your RA). These meetings may be held in-person or via Zoom conference call. We ask that students remain flexible in their first weeks of the term in order to attend these meetings as scheduled by their building staff.

Shipping Items to Campus
As our ability to manage and store large quantities of shipped items is limited, we ask that students unable to drive their belongings into the city, ship items to the university after they move in. Access to mail storage may be limited during weekends. If you require delivery of large items prior to your move or storage at any point throughout the year, you may want to consider EZ College Storage, (914) 861-5377, a company with which Pace has worked with for several years.
Bedding, Sheets and Linen
Pace University residence hall mattresses are slightly longer (78”) than standard, so they usually fit both extra-long twin and regular twin sheets, although extra-long linens tend to fit better.
You are welcome to bring your own bedding and linen, but the Residence Hall Association (RHA, a resident student leadership organization) has partnered with Dormify, the one-stop shop for college, to help you easily find everything you'll need for your room. From bedding + dorm bundles to storage essentials + trending décor, Dormify has curated all of the items you'll need to make your transition to college easy. Start shopping and get ready for move-in day.
MicroFridge Rental
In most cases, students may not bring in personal refrigerators (whether owned or rented). Pace University provides a refrigerator unit in each residence hall room or suite. In most cases (with the exception of the Townhouses on the Pleasantville campus, and the suites in 15 Beekman) the unit provided is a Microwave/Refrigerator combination. In the 15 Beekman suites, a large refrigerator and separate microwave is provided per suite (in 15 Beekman, residents of any suite for 7 or more students may choose to have up to 2 additional refrigerator units per suite, each of which may not exceed 4.3 cubic feet in volume). In the Townhouses, one large refrigerator and microwave is provided per suite (residents of the Townhouses may bring up to 1 additional refrigerator per bedroom, each of which may not exceed 4.3 cubic feet in volume).
Personal Preference Questionnaire
This document is a useful tool for residents to utilize before they arrive and meet their new roommate. Your RA will be able to assist you with a roommate agreement after you move in.
