You may be required to complete a HIPPA Release, so that the Advocate Center team can obtain information from Aetna regarding a particular claim.

Full time employees are offered Medical and Dental insurance.
To change your coverage when a qualifying life event occurs, you must notify the University Benefits office.
Aetna manages the University's Vision program.
Terminated employees or those who lose health, vision or dental plan coverage because of reduced work hours may be able to buy group coverage for themselves and their families for limited periods of time under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA).
Pace offers two Dental Plan Options through Aetna.
