Pace Connect: sign up as a Mentor
Mentor Responsibilities
As a mentor in the Pace Connect program, you will play a crucial role in supporting your Mentee’s professional development. This includes offering advice, sharing your expertise, and providing constructive feedback. Mentors can select their availability in which they can meet with their Mentees and help them navigate their career paths. Your commitment and dedication will be key to the success of this program.
Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for Mentors who are passionate about helping others and have a wealth of experience to share. Ideal candidates are employees with at least five years of professional experience and a strong track record of success in their field. If you are enthusiastic about guiding others and contributing to a culture of learning, we encourage you to sign up.
Training and Support
To ensure you are well-prepared to sign-up and navigate the Pace Connect – Employee Mentoring Program platform for your mentoring role, we offer comprehensive training sessions. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing support from our program coordinators, who are available to assist with any challenges you may encounter. Ready to make a difference? Signing up to be a Mentor is easy as the Pace Connect platform will lead you through multiple prompts to complete your sign up. Once registered, you will be able to edit your Mentor profile with your expertise and interests – you can even upload your experience from your LinkedIn profile!
