An advantage of the Communication and Media Studies program being situated in NYC is the abundance of exceptional internship opportunities available. While not required for graduation, our department strongly recommends that you explore these valuable professional experiences. Please speak with a Career Services adviser for more information on applying for internships or jobs.
While studying communications at Pace, I took dynamic classes that not only helped me understand the wide scope of communications but how it can be analyzed within politics, music, and the entertainment space. I've applied this in all my internships in undergrad and can now use it in my career as a marketing professional and journalist for effective storytelling.
