is an actor, writer and teacher. He received his BFA from the acting conservatory at the Boston University College of Fine Arts and an MFA in Lecoq from the London International School of Performing Arts (LISPA). As an actor he has worked in many off-Broadway and regional theatres including The New Group, The Public Theatre, New York Theatre Workshop, HERE, Shakespeare Theatre Company (Helen Hayes nomination), George Street Playhouse, Huntington Theatre and Premier Stages among others. Film and TV work includes Oppenheimer Strategies, That Awkward Moment, Abbie Cancelled (Sundance), Blue Bloods, Red Oaks, Believe, Law and Order: SVU, Hunting Season (Indie Series Awards nomination). His play SEXCURITY was presented at Cleveland Public Theatre, IRT Theatre and Dixon Place. He co-wrote SYMPHONY OF FROGS for the award-winning San Francisco ensemble Mugwumpin and was commissioned to present BOUGE! by Bebersee Festival in Germany. As movement director he conceived work for Fire Island Opera’s production of L’arbre enchanté. He has taught at Purchase College, Boston University, London International School of Performing Arts, Val de Loire Festival du Jeune Théâtre, George Street Playhouse, Luna Stage, and Improvolution. Yuval is the owner of Get Tape, a coaching and taping service for actors and is a company member of The Actors Center.
