Chris Henry Coffey has performed in leading roles On and Off-Broadway, as well as regionally on some of the most respected stages in the country including the Yale Rep, Williamstown Theater Festival, Huntington, Old Globe, Dallas Theater Center and The Alley Theatre (among many others), collaborating with some of the American theater’s most important playwrights and directors.

In addition to dozens of indie features and award-winning shorts, his major film appearances include The Good Nurse (Premiering at TIFF – Sept, 2022), Bros (Also premiering at TIFF, 2022), The International, Thirteen Days and Trust, where he was singled out by Roger Ebert in his "Best Films" list and his performance was praised at the Toronto Film Festival as a "tour-de-force performance... giving a shockingly convincing performance that is equally perverse and plausible". Selected television appearances include guest starring roles on And Just Like That...(HBO) Mrs. Fletcher (HBO), Chicago Fire, Instinct, Law & Order: SVU, The Good Wife, Cupid and Law & Order, as well as recurring roles on Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and back in the day, The Guiding Light.

Additionally, as a prolific voiceover artist, he has recorded hundreds of voiceovers over his career, and narrated over 50 audiobooks to date.

His social and community outreach includes acting and facilitating both nationally and internationally with Theater of War, (Bryan Doerries, founder), AITAF (Arts in the Armed Forces - Adam Driver, founder), and Waterwell (Arian Moayed, founder).

He is a proud graduate of the Yale School of Drama.
