About the Environmental Law and Policy Hack
The Environmental Law and Policy Hack at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law is a problem-solving event that invites students across the nation to propose an innovative and practical response to a current environmental challenge and awards seed funding to support implementation of the winning concept.
Launched in 2020, the Environmental Law and Policy Hack at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law was developed by Pace | Haub Environment Law to stimulate innovative legal thinking around pressing environmental and social issues.
The University of Baltimore School of Law placed first in the 2023–2024 competition for its brief, “Achieving a Circular Economy for Textile Waste in Baltimore City: Improving a Significant Public-Private Partnership Through Targeted Legal Reform.
