Instructions: Use Google Chrome to open the forms found in the links below, then type your information into the form and save the completed PDF to your computer. Attach the PDF to an email to the Registrar’s Office including jwolf@law.pace.edu, jscambia@law.pace.edu and cquerfeld@law.pace.edu.

Transcript Requests

To request and obtain a transcript, please complete the Transcript Request Form (PDF) and mail, email, fax, or drop off your requests to the Registrar's office. There is an approximate wait period of 7-10 days. If your transcript does not arrive within 7-10 business days, please contact us.

Upper-Level Forms

• Permission of Professor and Academic Dean (PDF) - both must sign this form at the beginning of the semester when the student seeks to satisfy the ULWR through a clinic, externship, Adjunct-taught course or law review note
• Certificate of Completion for Research and Citation Workshop and Faculty Authorization for Fulfillment of Upper-Level Writing Requirement (PDF) - all students fulfilling the ULWR must have this form signed by a Professor
