Our Advocacy Program is ranked #13 in the nation according to U.S. News & World Report, placing Haub Law among the top 10% of law schools nationwide.

Our student Trial Teams take part in many regional and national competitions throughout the school year, allowing them to develop and practice their trial advocacy skills.

Haub Law students have a tremendous opportunity to represent the Law School in over twelve of the most prestigious national and international moot court competitions.

Our comprehensive curriculum allows students an opportunity for simulated learning skills sessions, including introductory and advanced learning in the art of negotiation and client counseling.

The Haub Law Advocacy Board publishes articles written by students and faculty pertaining to a variety of trial, appellate, and evidentiary issues. Through this blog, we aim to educate ourselves while also sharing resources and helping others through an online community.

Louis V. Fasulo 1L Moot Court Competition

This annual competition challenges 1L students to develop their research, analysis and writing skills in their briefs, and to hone their oral advocacy skills through numerous intense rounds of arguments to a panel of judges.

Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition (NELMCC)

NELMCC draws as many as 350 law students and attorney judges to this premier environmental moot court each year, making it the largest interschool moot court competition in the world.

ICC was established by Haub Law in 2004 as the world’s first moot court competition based on the law and procedures of the first permanent international tribunal dedicated to the prosecution of international criminal offenses.
