The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University’s Environmental Law Program was established in 1976 and has long been ranked among the world’s leading university programs. Our renowned faculty have been pioneers in developing and implementing environmental law and continue to serve as national and world leaders in the field. Our alumni work in law firms, government environmental agencies, corporations, nonprofit organizations, and law schools and universities across the country and around the world.

Degrees and Advanced Certificates
JD students have the option to structure their courses of study to attain an Advanced Certificate in Environmental Law as part of their law degree.
Our graduate programs include a Doctor of Juridical Science (SJD) in Environmental Law and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Environmental Law.
JD students may pursue a dual or joint degree in environmental law, environmental management or environmental policy with leading university partners.

As co-secretariat of the IUCN Academy of Environmental Law, Haub Law offers students and faculty unique opportunities to advance their knowledge of international environmental law in collaboration with colleagues around the world.
