Events at Haub Law
The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University is located in the vibrant downtown area of White Plains and hosts a wide array of events for both the law school and broader community throughout the year. Haub Law also partners with organizations whose mission aligns with our educational values to host events on our campus. Partner events can range from intimate, informal gatherings, to esteemed international lectures and multi-day conferences.
Preston Hall Tudor Room
Preston Hall Tudor RoomSeating can accommodate 150 people in lecture style; 145 people in banquet style; and 180 people for a reception including 8 high-tops.
Gerber Glass Moot Courtroom
Gerber Glass Moot CourtroomFixed seating for 198 people. Rental includes the use of the Jury Room, a twelve-person conference room adjacent to the courtroom.
Gerber Glass Jury Room
Gerber Glass Jury RoomMulti-purpose room with conference style seating for 12 people and long tables along the left wall for catering purposes. Room is equipped with AV monitor and zoom capabilities.
Classrooms
ClassroomsMultiple classrooms of various sizes are available on campus. Ottinger classrooms can accommodate 60, 80, and 99 students and are equipped with one classroom microphone and two large screens for presentations. All classrooms are equipped with zoom capabilities.
Outdoor Spaces
Outdoor SpacesOutdoor space is available on either the Preston Quad (pictured) or the Gerber Glass Lawn for picnics, receptions or casual events.
Conference Rooms
Conference RoomsThe Law School offers several conference rooms that can accommodate 10-30 people for meetings or events.
Preston Hall Student Lounge
Preston Hall Student LoungeThe Student Lounge is available for student events and may be considered for other events with special approval. Seating can accommodate up to 180 people in a reception setup.
Booking a Space Rental at Haub Law
Haub Law will consider space rentals for outside law, business, government, or community-related events, as well as film screenings, on a case-by-case basis. These events are subject to space rental and support services fees. Private weddings and related events will not be considered. NOTE: Due to space being prioritized for student and law school events, we require a minimum of 6 weeks notice for external space rentals.

There are many considerations when planning your internal event. Haub Law’s dedicated law program and event coordinator will work with you to ensure that your department plans a successful event or program. From approving space requests in 25Live, to utilizing the best event setup, as well as communicating your ed media and catering needs with campus partners, we will support your event every step of the way.
Catering Services at Haub Law
Catering at Haub Law is operated through Chartwells, Pace University’s on-campus catering provider, which also operates the Preston Hall Café. Chartwells offers a wide array of catering options to fit any special event, from small continental breakfasts to large sit-down dinners.
