Booking a Space Rental at Haub Law
External and Partner Events
The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University is an excellent backdrop for your next event or program. We offer many varying spaces for you to consider: from a large 198-person lecture hall, to a reception and banquet room that can hold 100+, to AV equipped classrooms and conference rooms. We look forward to exploring your rental needs.
Due to the substantial increase in third-party event requests, all space rentals are subject to rental and support services fees. The Law School will consider professional film production opportunities only when the disruption to academic operations and student study is minimal and based on a number of factors including the demand, time, and length of the production. Private weddings and related events will not be considered.
We require a minimum of 6 weeks notice for external space rentals, and space is prioritized for student and law school events.

Haub Law produces a myriad of law school events each year that are centralized around enriching student education, providing networking opportunities and connecting with the community. With these commitments in mind, the use of Haub Law’s facilities by outside groups is limited.
Due to the demand for space rentals across all three of Pace University’s campuses, the university and law school have developed criteria and requirements for outside organizations interested in holding an event on our campuses. An event is considered an external rental if the inquiring organization is not found within the organizational chart of the law school and isn’t initiated or funded by an existing department of the law school, and thereby subject to rental fees.

If your event is equally co-sponsored by a Department, Office or Faculty member at the Law School, the co-sponsoring department should review these guidelines and submit the necessary application for review.

Catering at Haub Law is operated through Chartwells, Pace University’s on-campus catering provider. Chartwells offers a wide array of catering options to fit any special event, from small continental breakfasts to large sit-down dinners.
Chartwells offers an event catering guide for community and third-party rentals, which includes many packages and sample menus. Chartwells will also work with you to create a custom menu that fits your event needs and budget.
